Cleaning staff began their chatter early in the morning, ruining our sleep throughout our 3-night stay. The Wi-Fi was completely unreliable, frustrating, as we were told it would be fixed but nothing changed .

Room was all new clean and the hotel was in a very good local position for me. Good quality bed and internet connection for free.
The rooms are small as many hotel in Paris.

The location was a pleasant surprise, ideally located near the
Eiffel Tower and a metro station , made getting around the city so much easier. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, we had everything we needed. The room itself felt cramped at times and could use more storage space.

It was a nice, little Parisian hotel. I liked the atmosphere and the staff were more than willing to accomodate requests. THey spoke good English and were very helpful. The rooms were small, but as a tourist in Paris, you don't spend much in the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. There is internet access for free in the room, mini-fridge. The rooms are small, but just about what you will need to relax. Location is perfect, walking distance to the Eiffel tower and Invalides, a metro station is just at the door steps and velo-rent in front of the hotel.

I was working at the unesco building at Place Fontenoy for one day, and needed accommodation close by. I use a wheelchair, and so did not want either a long taxi journey, or a long way to push my chair myself. The Bailli de Suffren is very close to unesco. The hotel is not adapted for wheelchairs, but I am very used to travelling, and I decided that proximity was what mattered. The staff were very helpful, and I was comfortable. But I would not recommend that other people in wheelchairs try this hotel. Thank you very much for a happy visit to Paris. Ncf.
No compaints. I decided to use the hotel for the reasons above, and there is no reason to worry about the lack of wheelchsair adaption.

The hotel offered a cozy, boutique-like atmosphere that felt comforting. Having a Nespresso machine was a wonderful addition for morning coffee lovers. Staff were consistently welcoming, though we found the air conditioning somewhat inadequate during our visit, leading to warm nights.

Perfect location, ample cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Only 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. We sayed at 105 and our room was perfect, except there was building works going on next door but we were up and out by 10am so didn't bother us.
Only the works next door but as i said, we were out by 10am so not a major deal. Our room was 205€ a night, bit too steep, we paid 119€ via Booked.net which was worth the money.

Reasonable price, convenient location, very helpful staff. Very comfortable - if rather small room.
Nothing, other than the room being rather small.
